How does the Infoswell service work with my existing website?
Infoswell will develop a completely new website platform for your website and move your existing website content to the Infoswell service platform. Your existing design and branding can be preserved or we can use your graphic images, logo, or cover design to prepare a new design and site navigation structure for the new site & functionality components.

How much does the service cost?
The service is comprised of a one time startup fee and budgeted monthly fee. The startup fee is based on your requirements for the initial configuration of each key component of your website. The startup fee includes all costs for the development and configuration of each of the website functions and is often less than typical custom web development for fewer functional site components. The monthly service fee is based on unique site traffic averages. We can prepare a quote based on a simple overview of your publication business model. We also offer a completely managed service to publishers that don't have time or resources to invest any time overseeing the website operations.

What are the typical time requirements to manage the new site?
The Infoswell service provides many automated processes for managing site visitor interactions and information submissions / requests. Email alerts will allow you to know when new information is pending your approval for publishing to the site. For regular content updates, a new article can be posted in approximately 3 minutes or less from log-in to completion. Typical site management can range from 30 minutes per week to 10+ hours per month depending on the frequency of content updates. Since there are many growth and revenue opportunities within the platform, the administration and promotion time spent managing the site will likely produce a return for your increased interaction. We provide many tools and recommendations for how to continually grow and gain revenue by working with the site's business strategy elements.

How quickly can the service be started?
The Infoswell service can be started in less than 7 days, however we usually plan on a 4 week startup plan to allow for collaboration with clients on business strategy elements.
